Next Beginners Class:

New to Crossfit.......

We provide a beginners class to show and teach you the foundational movements to Crossfit.  This 2 week class is Monday through Friday @ 6:30pm and consist of 20-30 minutes of instruction of the movement set for that day, followed by a WOD (Workout of Day) to drill the movements you are taught.  This is a great start to your Crossfit Journey and steps to a better you!  Come on by and sign up.  Class sizes are limited to 10 athletes.
