300 Double Under (RX), Singles (S)
200 GHD Sit-Ups (RX), AbMat Sit-Ups (S)
100 KBS, 70/53 lbs (RX), 53/35 lbs (S)
*Break up in order, but only one athlete at a time works.
Overhead, accumulate 10,000 lbs (M), 8,500 lbs (MF), 7,000 lbs (F)
*Snatch, C&J, and or all presses
*Pick any weight you want, but once you pick a weight, you cannot change it.
*Only one bar per team and both athletes have to lift the same weight the whole time.
