She was introduced to Crossfit in March 2012 and then deployed to Kandahar, Afghanistan where she became a part of Kandahar Crossfit and learned so much more about Crossfit and the tight community it promotes. Shortly after returning from her deployment she pursued her Level 1 and began a 30 day on ramp Crossfit Program for her Security Forces unit. “Once I started Crossfit I was totally hooked, love the relationship formed and love the way I feel!” She is motivated to help others achieve goal they never thought they could reach!
